TANIA

Is obtained from the wine making of grapes “Carmenères” produced in our holding in vineyards grown according to G.D.C. with a planting pattern of 4,000 plants per hectare.

The wine making from the grapes takes place in 50 hl oak barrels at a controlled temperature through frequent pumping over.

After the alcoholic fermentation the wine is poured and stored in the same barrels where the malolactic fermentation takes place and the wine matures in yeasts for 12 months.

Bottle aging lasts at least 12 months.

As time passes the tannins may settle inside the bottle: that’s a completely natural process.

TANIA should be paired with red meat, game, stewed cuttlefish and mature cheese.

It is to be served in large tasting glasses at a temperature of 20 degrees centigrade.
