LETI

Is obtained from the vinification of grapes “Merlot” produced in our holding in vineyards grown according to G.D.C. with a planting pattern of 4,400 plants per hectare.

The wine making from the grapes takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature through frequent pumping over.

After the alcoholic fermentation the wine is poured and stored in 50 hl oak barrels where the malolactic fermentation takes place and the wine matures in yeasts for 12 months.

Bottle aging lasts at least 24 months.

As time passes the tannins may settle inside the bottle: that’s a completely natural process.

LETI matches red meat, game and, after bottle aging, mature cheese.

It should be served in large tasting glasses at a temperature of 20 degrees centigrade.
