BEKEKE

Is obtained from the vinification of grapes “Verduzzo Friulano” produced in our holding in vineyards grown according to G.D.C. (Geneva Double Curtain) with a planting pattern of 4,400 plants per hectare.

The crushed grapes are allowed to macerate with the skins for a period: after that the must is separated from the skins and cool decanted until fermentation starts at a controlled temperature in steel tanks.

Afterwards the wine is kept upon the yeast to mature for about 10-12 months during which it improves its body, its aromatic organoleptic complexity and its structure.

Bottle aging lasts at least 12 months.

BEKEKE is ideal with first courses of pasta, rice, white meat, fish and cheese.

It is served in large glasses after 4-5 minutes of oxygenation. The tasting temperature is 7-8 degrees centigrade.
